我现在除了礼拜天去教会以外，还有两个晚上去学圣经。一个人读比较不容易懂，毕竟离我的生活太远。有人讲给你听就容易一些。因为英文不行，所以只好参加中国教会的活动。还有免费餐。台湾罗先生家是一个活动中心。每周五晚上，去的都是些年轻的大学生。这些二十岁左右的孩子，刚到异国，会遇到各种各样的生活上，思想上，感情上的问题，有这样一个地方，他们可以释放情绪，互相帮助，有一个精神寄托。基督教教人怀有一颗感恩的心，时时反省自己，以仁爱之心待人。现代人太浮躁了，尤其是没有信仰的人。每周有那么一个时刻，去一个安静，神圣的地方，让心沉静下来。听讲道的史先生说现在中国大陆有一亿多人信基督教，我纳闷，那么多人信，可中国哪有那么多教堂啊。

是我在成人学校的同学介绍我去罗先生家的，罗是他的房东。昨天还去了一个来自秘鲁的同学。他来了我们就唱英文歌，用英文祈祷。讲汉语的时候还让一个小伙给他翻译。秘鲁讲西班牙语。据说南美洲信天主教的多。现在学校放春假，罗先生正筹划他们的春游。上周他们组织去旧金山玩，去硅谷，斯坦福大学，我挺想去的，可是最近身体不太好，血压高，每天早上起来血往脸上涌，头昏脑胀。所以想想就放弃了，挺可惜的。这次他们要驱车二十几个小时去印第安人地区看真正的本土美国人。但这次春游不带女生，说不方便。我们教会也组织去圣地亚哥春游，每人只需交十块钱。

一、夏娃贪吃

夏娃不遵守神的话语，因魔鬼的引诱贪吃禁果，而且让亚当一同犯罪。因为她的贪吃，受到神的责罚和咒诅，影响太大了。今天也有人在食物上没有节制，贪得无厌，结果害人害己。例如有的人在喝酒上不能自拔，因为贪杯，"酒祸"的确不少。《圣经》中的挪亚因贪酒误事；以扫因贪一碗红豆汤，出卖了长子名份。这都是我们的警戒。

二、参孙贪色

参孙爱上外邦女子大利拉，结果被骗上当，剃掉头发，失去力量。()他的失败是因为贪色。色可迷人，若不小心，必一失足成千古恨。英雄难过美人关。基督徒要警醒祷告，谨慎自守，小心美色的引诱和试探。务要正派端庄，远避淫行。不要羞辱主的名。要学习约瑟敬畏神。

三、犹大贪财

犹大为了三十两银子出卖了主耶稣，真是鬼迷心窍，财迷心窍。他的结局十分悲惨。他见钱眼开，利欲熏心。世世代代的人都以犹大为警戒。有人说，金钱是个好仆人，却是个坏主人。人生富有或贫穷，并非以财富来评价，而是以人格、尊严来评价。因此在钱财上要谨慎，要征服自己的贪

i've learnt a story from the bible about esau and his brother jacob. they are twins. however, they are so different in temperament: esau is rough and honest , and jacob ideceives. one day, jacob cooks a stew . at this moment, esau returns from hunting, very exhausted and thirsty, so he asks for it. but jacob insists that esau sell his birthright to him and swear an oath. and finally esau does as jacob says.

as we can see , esau sells his right as the firstborn just for a mess of pottage. it is esau not jacob who has the right to inherit what his father owns. at such a low price, he sells it .he keeps his eyes only on immediate needs , without considerating long-term interests , which should be a lesson for all of us.

esau's story and lessons also apply to people like you and me , who are living in a complex modern society. we are faced with too much temptation. in such cases, you are likely to be conqured and probably do something stupid. how to avoid this? what you can do ,from my point of view , is to keep your reason, stay cool-headed, think over and figure out a solution which can balance immediate interests and long-term interests.

the bible is the most important book in the world because it tells us how to be saved. god gave us this wonderful book that we might know the truth about ourselves, about sin, about satan, about god, and about salvation.  from beginning to end, the bible has one great theme — the person and work of the lord jesus christ. the books of the bible fall into five main groups: the old testament gives us the history of abraham and his descendants who became the nation of israel. the great theme of the old testament is a promised savior. isaiah wrote, "for unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called wonderful, counsellor, the mighty god, the everlasting father, the prince of peace." the gospels tell us that the promised savior has come. they tell us about the lord jesus christ and what he said and did. the acts tell about the coming of the holy spirit, the beginning of the church, and the preaching of the gospel — the "good news" that christ died for our sins and rose again to be our living savior.  the epistles explain the gospel and tell us how we can be saved and how to live the christian life. the revelation tells us how all things will end. wouldn't it be wonderful if we had someone who knew all about god to teach us his wonderful book? well, there is someone like that. he is the holy spirit. the moment we take christ as our savior, the holy spirit comes to live in us. he lives in every believer, and he teaches us the things of god.

these verses are especially focusing on god’s salvation plan. throughout the church age, the dominant teaching of most biblical churches was to tell the brothers and sisters of the congregations how they might be sure they are saved or how they might become saved. a careful analysis of the teachings of these denominations invariably shows that they include the requirement that some contribution be made by the individual seeking salvation. these contributions could include actions such as water baptism, public profession of faith, the act of accepting christ, the partaking of the eucharist or communion table, or praying a certain kind of prayer. in virtually every case, there was a definite violation of the law of god, which clearly stipulates that all the work of saving a person was done by christ, long before that person was born.

in hebrews 8:10-11, quoted above, god emphasizes that once the full revelation of the bible occurs, the teaching on salvation in the world will be altogether biblical. mankind will not be taught how they might become saved, but rather that salvation is entirely the work of god （ephesians 2:8-9）。 god will saving a great multitude who actually may understand very little of the bible.

另外，书中在每一个故事中，都插入了图画，在每一幅画中，包含了故事中的人物和事件。有时，在同一个题材下，收集了两三幅不同时间画家的作品，让我们阅读者比较。每幅作品都注明了作者的名字和年代，其叙事内容也用浅显易懂的文字加以说明。我在品味经典文字、经典思想的同时，也接触到了经典的画册。

阅读此书，就像给自己的心灵洗了个澡，感悟了很多，轻松了很多，知道了在这个世上，自己作为一个个体，该用一种怎样的态度与精神去生活，去修为。心中有信仰，便不枉此生。

刚看到这本书的名字时，我还以为就是和尚念经时的什么故事，当我看完创造的故事时，不免吃了一惊，这本书不是讲经书那些，而是讲神与人类的事情，但我也很奇怪，校长为什么会让我们看这种书，讲神耶稣，难道让我们像神经病一样，来信奉这些并不存在的东西吗？于是，我就带着这个问题来继续看着本书了。

看到后面时，我发现这本书并不像我想的那样，而是要教育我们，我们应该向神那样，用一颗宽容的心，来对待那些犯错误的人。就像，神帮助以色列人打拼了自己的国土后，以色列人，开始是很信奉神，但后来总是膜拜别的神祗。以色列人一而再，再而三的，违反神的戒律，但神总是原谅他的子民，神的这种博大的胸怀，多么值得我们每一个人学习啊！

这本书教育我，善、恶、美、丑，我渐渐的喜欢上了这本书，我们一定要学习神的那种宽容与信守诺言的精神。

最近，我看了一本名叫《圣经》的故事书，这本书深受我的喜爱。

因为这本书讲的是西方国家的一些神话，一开始我就怀着好奇心翻开这本书，“嗯！看上去真和我们的书不同。”我惊讶地说。首先，这本书的主人公是上帝，他创造了世间万物，在我的眼中上帝就是一个仁慈的神，而且无所不能、宽容、公平、助人为乐。

书中有一章就是讲上帝领着以色列人逃出埃及的故事。其间，有一件非常让人烦恼的事：因为以色列人要逃出埃及，所以要先甩掉追兵，但意想不到的事情发生了，以色列人来到了一片咆哮的红海前，根本过不去，后面又是埃及的追兵，怎么办？好像只有死路一条了。终于在千钧一发的时候上帝出现了，上帝轻而易举地把红海劈成两半，中间一条宽敞的大道出现了，以色列人踏上这条大道，到了红海对岸；等到埃及追兵全部走到这条大道上来时，上帝又把这条大道变得越来越窄，再加上红海里有泥浆，埃及人便陷了下去，被咆哮的红海吞没了。以色列人得以逃出埃及。可见上帝是多么助人为乐啊！

每当人们要东西吃或口渴的时候，上帝就会变东西出来，满足人们。可是人们呢，却整天埋怨上帝要求这么多。上帝可不一样了，他会一个一个的满足人们的要求，当人们遇到困难的时候还会帮助人们渡难。可见上帝是多么仁慈啊！()
